Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide a certificate of attendance for your trainings?

- Yes we do.  At the end of the course, we will issue a certificate of attendance that details the course title, number of training hours, and start and finish dates.

Will your trainings qualify for PMI’s PDU requirements or IIBA's CDU requirements? Are you a PMI R.E.P? Are you an IIBA EEP?

- Yes they will.  Pyramid Training is a PMI Registered Education Provider (R.E.P).  All our PM courses are pre-approved by PMI. You require 35 PDUs of project management training hours to qualify to sit for the PMP® Exam.  Every PDU, or Professional Development Unit is equal to one contact hour of training.  Our course will provide with the required 35 PDU’s needed.

Will your Business Analysis trainings qualify for IIBA's CDU requirements? Are you an IIBA EEP?

- Yes they will. Pyramid Training is an IIBA Endorsed Education Provider.  All our Business Analysis courses are pre-approved by the IIBA. You require 21 CDUs of Business Analysis training hours to qualify to sit for the CBAP Exam.  Every CDU is equal to one contact hour of training.

Do you provide any support after the training is over?

- Yes. We are dedicated to seeing you pass the exam for which you took the course.  We will continue to provide assistance even after the course is completed.  We will help you with filling out the application as that can be a huge task to undertake.  The instructor will also be available by phone and email to help you study and pass.

Do you provide any warranties such as “guaranteed passing”?

- That will be a tough guarantee as people have varying abilities.  However, if you take our course and study as we suggested in our exam studying strategy and still don’t pass the exam, we will allow you to re-sit the course at no charge at all.  However, we are confident you will do just fine from the first try if you study as we suggest.  Our instructors are well experienced and will make sure you are well prepared.
